About the teacher

Greville is currently over 55 and has taught clients worldwide from the ages of 3 to 87. After creating the globally successful GroovyKids Yoga program for kids, he decided to apply his experience of working with clients from the ages of 52-87. For over 17 years he worked with specific clients and learned through daily interaction in private yoga classes what happens to the body in yoga poses, and what happens to the mind!

Having worked with highly mobile and flexible clients with no yoga experience until the age of 50 plus, as well as the more movement challenged post spinal surgery 80 plus, Greville brings much anecdotal evidence and is delighted to share the specific experience and knowledge that only years on the mat and in the chair can bring.

Certified as a CRYT, a 500 E-RYT and a YACEP since 2003, Greville has taught internationally since 2004 in over 20 countries and offers the training in English and French.

Greville has practiced and continues to practice yoga and meditation himself since 1985 and when he is buried expects it to be like an infinite savasana.
