I have had the pleasure and good fortune to practice and teach yoga in it's 8 limbs since 1985. The oldest client I have worked with was 87 and the youngest was just over 2 years old. In my entire 30 plus years, I have only seen people become stronger and more flexible. Wether it's simply wanting to improve posture or increase the calm in one's life, yoga can help. From sitting still in quiet reflection to the more athletic forms of asana, yoga has something for you, and the knowledge gained through 20 years of professional teaching and 32 years of studying, I believe I can help you.
